If you stopped in at Caleb Bradham's pharmacy to get a prescription filled, and found yourself waiting for service for an extended period of time, it would be safe to assume the owner was in the back, concocting a new soda flavor for his customers. The favorite flavor of the locals went on to become one of America's favorite drinks, Pepsi-Cola. It all began in the small town of New Bern, in North Carolina, and went worldwide thereafter.
